Function:
It is designed for PCB/FPC which is connected by points and stamp holes, has high efficiency precision stamping and punching effect. It is only guarantee slitting FPC, PCB deformation in current market.
Its minimum cutting precision is ±0.05mm for special slim PCBs. Max working area is 460*320mm.
Introduction:
Double switch start operation.
Device configuration mode and out of the chute,and out of the lower mold automatic pick and place convenient and safe products.
Emergency stop switch,identify problems and timely shutdown.
Security doors,installation and commissioning of the mold to avoid straying hands.(Normal operation with out security door doesnot work).
Safety pressure setting function,limit alarm.Automatic counting,limit down time.
The internal stress generated when the cutting board to a minimum and to avoid cracking of tin.
Suitable for high volume routed boards.
