Aluminum PCB Depaneler Function:
This type of PCB Separator is using one circular blade and one linear blade, PCB boards will not move during cutting, components mounted on the boards is protected from damage.
Board thickness is reduced by boards being scored along the cut line on both sides. Both sides of the panel are scored to a depth of about 30% of the board’s thickness. PCBs are then broken out of the panel.
Aluminum PCB Depaneler Features:
1. Lower cutting stress to protect PCBs.
2. Blade movement to protect components from damage.
3. Separating speed is adjusted by a rotary knob.
4. There is safe sensor to ensure safe operation
5. Optional conveyor belt
6. Solve less 1.0mm "V" grooves separating
7. "V" groove guide device can adjust the vertical height to fit different thickness of PCBs
8. Blades could be re-sharpened
9. Blades could be customized as customers’ request
